Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small shallot, minced
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
2 tbsp. diced Parsley
1 tbsp. diced fresh chives
2 tsp. diced thyme
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
1 In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, mustard, horseradish, cayenne, and paprika. Whisk to combine.
2 Stir in parsley, chives and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
3 Serve as a dip with grilled meats, like steak or chicken or lamb.
